(More customer reviews)The Tramontina Prima 5 Quart 18/10 Stainless Steel Tri-Ply Base Covered Dutch Oven is very high quality. It has a thick bottom that prevents the burning/baking so common in other thinner pans. It is also easy to clean.
Note: The top is steel even though it appears to be glass in the illustration. A steel top is less likely to break, and we prefer the steel top.
