(More customer reviews)I have used this only 6 times since receiving it; I read a number of 'reviews' prior to purchase so that I'd know what to expect. I have been disappointed; for example, it doesn't work if you wrap potatoes in aluminum foil, as the accompanying booklet says you can; it also consistently takes almost as much time as the oven to cook stuff...and I continually have to re-cook foods two and three times just to get them DONE...I keep hoping I will find foods that cook easily in this countertop oven, but haven't thus far. I do realize it takes much less electricity, so from that standpoint it is better than heating the entire oven. But I have to say I wish I had not purchased this product.
