I use this oven with homemade dough, and the results are far better than a conventional oven. The pizza is very close to commercial quality.
The oven has heating elements on top and bottom. For some reason, the element on the bottom is smaller than the one on the top. Out of the box, the oven burns the toppings before the bottom is done (only for homemade dough, frozen pizzas work fine).
I disassembled the oven and put the smaller element on top, and the larger one on the bottom (easy to do). Now, the oven cooks homemade dough almost as well as a commercial pizza oven.
If it weren't for the stupid arrangement of the heating elements, I would give it 5 stars. As the item is shipped, it's only appropriate for thin frozen pizzas.
