(More customer reviews)This was a disappointment. The outside gets hot enough to burn skin, if care is not taken. The edges of the insert are sharp and difficult/uncomfortable to lift, especially when full. The temperature is rather difficult to judge and seems to be very hot or very, very hot. Not recommended.
