(More customer reviews)Sorry to say our oven racks hadn't been cleaned since the oven went in - 2004. And we cook a lot. Dropped the racks into the bag with the solution, came back 9 hours later and whammo - looked like we bought new racks! No stinky chemicals, easy to use, never again will our racks look like they did, this is too easy to be true.
