(More customer reviews)While it is nice to be able to cook a large meal with items being prepared at different temperatures, overall, this oven has been a disappointment. First, I found that the top oven does not work well for baking cakes, cookies, etc. Everything just seems to burn; I believe because it is most like you are using the bottom rack of a normal oven. It is also less than ideal as the broiler because there is no way to adjust the distance from the flame. The bottom oven works well, especially using the convection feature, and the extra easy sliding rack is very nice. Although there are 5 burners, they are so close together that you will have trouble even using two t once with, e.g., a stock pot and a skillet. The center burner can only be used when no other burners are in use. Beyond these performance disappointments, the oven also began to rust on the metal strip that runs along both of the bottom doors after 2-3 years. The glass doors also almost immediately somehow had moisture between the glass, so they always look dirty. Although the oven is 5 years newer than any of the other kitchen appliances, you would think it was 5 years older.
