(More customer reviews)I'm very happy with this convection oven. It couldn't be simpler to use: place food, set temperature dial, set timer dial, and walk away. The heat is concentrated on the food so it cooks very quickly without heating the whole kitchen as is the case with a conventional oven.
One negative would be the lack of a comprehensive cookbook, but that's minor since you really will be following your old recipes.
