If you are a garlic lover--for its health and/or taste properties, but can't stomach the raw stuff, then I cannot recommend this highly enough! This garlic roaster is the lazy cook's dream. Just cut off the tops of the garlic, pop it in the roaster, pour a touch of olive oil over it, press a button, and 27 minutes later, while you are cooking or catching up on your e-mail or whatever, you have up to 3 mouth-watering bulbs of garlic at your fingertips. I also roast peppers and onions in it, and, while the consistency might be a bit mushy for those who are into "al dente," it is perfect for me. I was going to say something clever about vampyres and garlic, but all you true-blue and wanna-be vampyres out there know that garlic is as ineffective in doing away with you as a wooden stake or a silver bullet, so whether you are a bloodsucker or just an ordinary mortal: BUY IT--YOU WON'T REGRET IT!
