It is difficult to break down a recipe not in their book to time and heat. Some foods were ok, others not so ok.
This is the reply I got to return the item. "Thank you for writing. The item must be brand new, never used, packed back in the original retail packaging exactly as you received it. Items not in this condition can not be accepted as a return and will be refused. If your item meets these conditions, your RMA # 0222-167615341 and must be clearly written on the return address label underneath our Company name as shown below. We always recommend using a shipping method that provides you tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged enroute back to us. Be careful if you go to the company's website - you have to put in your credit card information before you can look around and then you have bought it.
