(More customer reviews)I wanted a light weight 13" inexpensive stainless steel roast pan and this pan fit the bill perfectly. It worked well for a prime rib (6 ribs, without room for vegetables). The rack insert kept the meat above the juices. The size works well for roasting on my Weber bbq grill (I'm trying to get away from using aluminum pans because of health issues). I've used it in the oven for roasting as well. It cleans up remarkably easy over the stove with a little wine or beer when making au jus or gravy.
