(More customer reviews)An electric skillet is a much underrated kitchen helper. Many benefits to it, including that it controls the heat and you can leave it unwatched. I own this skillet in a vacation house. Now I will buy it at Amazon for much less than I paid for the first one. This skillet is the best I have ever seen or used. It is heavy, cooks well (you do have to get used to the heat levels), cleans like a dream, goes through the dishwasher perfectly.
