(More customer reviews)We are building a new energy efficient solar powered home and an induction stove top is the obvious way to go. I purchased this single burner induction cooktop to check out induction cooking as I had not had any experience of it and wanted to try it out before taking the plunge to by the full size stovetop. Well - I am very happy so far, I love it - it is as fast as using the microwave and it is clean and efficient. We find that we are using it in preference to the regular electric stove top in our apartment. The timer feature is something I hope the full size stovetop I purchase will also have. (It prevents me from burning pans dry!).
