Comes with everything you might need, including a thermometer for oil/water. Can be used for many things other than turkey deep fry. Who wants a unifuntion piece of equipment? Steamer/boiling basket for veggies, shrimp, whatever. Plenty big for crab boil, crawdads, etc. Worth the cost. As they say, you get what you pay for, in this case even more.
