(More customer reviews)Bought this because of the search I did for stainless steel. It is not stainless steel, It is aluminum chemically treated to look black. Why can't they just say aluminum. Lot of money for an aluminum rice pot that you can get for $20.00. Sent it back. If you are looking for a stainless steel rice cooking pot, this is not the one you want. I give it one star cause I can't go any lower. Signed up for the Oyama rice cooker which says is 100% stainless steel cooking surfaces. Will see when it arrives.
