(More customer reviews)After spending 6 to 10 hours roasting turkey (over night)and one time using this fryer for 45 minutes, I'll never roast turkey again. Also my family perferred the fried turkey, it was moist and delicious. I even tried mixing the the roast with the fried and everyone picked around the roasted turkey(a Butter Ball that was cooked to perfection). You can actually see the difference in texture of the meat. The price is also right. This fryer also has other uses, we worked it all summer with corn and lobster. Great product.
