The good thing is that my oven is still free for other baking needs. It is very important to follow the directions on preparation of the unit before cooking in it. We simply found a safe place outside to bake it out several times before I actually used it. I know you will be as happy as I am with this unit, especially if you love to have your family over for memorable gatherings. Buy it!
