(More customer reviews)We have owned this induction cooker for about one month. So far it meets all of our expectations. Heats up fast and there is no flame. We heard there are complains about this type of cooktops heat only at the center part of the pan. Fortunately we have not notice this type of problem cooking in a 12 inch pan. I am not sure if it because the fry pan we use is made for induction cooking.
When boiling water, we gave it full power. It is much faster than gas stove and the water just keep boiling nonstop when adding pasta into the pan. When with gas stove, we need to put back the lid and wait for the water back to boiling again. The touch panel works like a charm, very responsive and it makes the cleaning work easy as a snap.
