(More customer reviews)I purchased this rice cooker over the comparable model by RIVAL...what a mistake!!! This thing only worked once and didnt do a good job the first time! I hate that we waited a full month before using it a second time because now we can't return it. The thing simply stopped heating and the indicator lights would not work. Please do not buy this thing. Very poor quality, if I had it to do over again I would purchase the RIVAL.
